The Role:
We’re seeking a driven Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our marketing strategy and accelerate growth. In this role, you will spearhead category and brand building within consumer healthcare, develop and execute innovative e-commerce strategies (both conventional and unconventional), and leverage data-driven insights to scale revenue and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
• Lead brand-building and storytelling efforts to boost consumer engagement and drive growth.
• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing and growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
• Measure marketing effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Analyze insights and turn them into actionable strategies.
• Provide leadership and feedback to internal and external team members, including data analysts, designers, media buyers, copywriters, web developers, etc.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead forecasting, tracking, and reporting for all marketing channels.• Oversee marketing expenses and resources.
• Contribute to the company's broader corporate strategy, including fundraising activity and public relations.
Qualifications:
• Highly motivated doer and self-starter that can flourish in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• 8+ years of experience marketing high-growth DTC product(s).
• Proven track record of dramatically increasing brand engagement and generating business growth.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing and consumer health experience is essential.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.), experience analyzing A/B and multivariate results for campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience within social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and Analytics.
• Amazon e-commerce store management experience is a plus.
• Retail product experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the regulated nature of healthcare marketing.
